Owner/Founder

  • For more than two decades, I’ve worked alongside organizations to lead marketing, communications, and brand initiatives across sectors including agriculture, heavy resource industry, manufacturing, mining, tourism and destination marketing, start-ups, non-profits, and large corporations. Over time, this experience has shaped a practical and thoughtful approach to marketing that balances strategy, creativity, and the realities organizations face every day.

Throughout my career, I have led marketing strategy, brand development, communications, and digital initiatives in environments where budgets, reputation, and relationships mattered. My work has included developing award-winning submissions recognized by both NSBA and ABEX, reinforcing my belief that strong storytelling, clear positioning, and thoughtful execution create meaningful impact.

A deep appreciation for community and meaningful connection has also shaped how I approach my work. In Saskatoon, I volunteered three years of my time leading social media and communications for The Pegasus Project for STARS, a $3 million dollar fundraising initiative supporting local STARS Air Ambulance services. Experiences like this deepen my belief that marketing is more than promotion. It is a tool for connection, trust-building, and lasting impact.

Most recently, I completed the Leadership Saskatoon program, further strengthening the collaborative leadership style I bring to strategic planning, client partnerships, and thoughtful decision-making.

While I lead strategy and client partnerships directly, I also collaborate with a trusted network of skilled professionals including graphic designers, videographers, writers, and digital specialists. This approach allows me to bring the right expertise to each project while keeping the experience personal, thoughtful, and focused.

  • Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mother of two active kids, a role that has shaped my values around balance, commitment, and showing up consistently. That same perspective carries into how I work with organizations, bringing care, focus, and thoughtful follow-through to every partnership.

You’ll often find me at the hockey rink cheering on my sons’ U9 team, coaching my daughter’s U7 team, or lacing up my own skates. When spring arrives, we trade the rink for the baseball diamond and do it all over again, cheering loudly, showing up fully, and soaking in every moment.

Through Boon Marketing Co., I partner with small organizations to provide senior-level marketing and communications support. My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and grounded in clarity, helping organizations communicate clearly, build trust, and move forward with confidence.

Giving back is also an important part of my work. A percentage of revenue is reinvested into local charities and community organizations that strengthen the communities I call home. Learn more here.
